The Precision Companies Information
The Precision Companies is a result of the collaboration between two business school colleagues who felt that there were significant gaps in service in the Financial Services Industry. The Financial Services Industry here is meant to include its broadest definition of Financial, having to do with money and/or assets that can be exchanged and the word Services, which is to mean here exactly what the root is intended to mean, to serve.
Accordingly, stock was taken in what are the most desired and needed Financial Services, and a business model was created around the results of that research, culminating in the creation of The Precision Companies.
We believe that our clients should not have to shop around to have their financial needs met, for having to use multiple companies means having to pay several company overheads and profit margins. By combining those most needed services under one organizational structure we have been able to succesfully mitigate expenses, and in turn are able to turn that savings back over to our customers, as well as providing the personalized feel and service of a boutique firm. Our Executive Team
Justin Betance – Chairman & CEO
Justin Betance is the Founding Principal of The Precision Companies, and brings with him a history of success in Finance and Real Estate. Mr. Betance, prior to starting The Precision Companies, helped grow and sell a 97 Million dollar Finance Company for which he served on the Board, as well as President and Chief Operating Officer for the five years preceeding the formation of The Precision Companies. During his tenure at the consumer finance company, Mr. Betance earned his MBA with specializations in Finance & Accounting from the University of California at Irvine (UCI), and previous to that his Bachelors in Psychology from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). In his years in business, Mr. Betance has learned that the two most important things in business are to understand your clients needs, and to exceed their expectations. This is the reason The Precision Companies were formed.
Mark Baksic – President & COO
Mark Baksic brings a diverse business background to The Precision Companies. After earning a Bachelor of Science Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Mark set up and managed the engineering department of a company expanding their West Coast operation. Following that, he was the Midwest sales manager for a global green company.
While earning his MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurship from the University of California at Irvine (UCI), Mark worked as a consultant with a Finance Company. He later joined the company full time as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and was instrumental in growing the business directly leading to its success. Mark is focused and motivated to help you achieve your Business, Financial & Real Estate objectives.
Bob Yoshida – Director of Mortgage Lending
Bob Yoshida brings a depth of Financial Experience to the Precision Companies. Bob graduated from San Diego State University in 1987 with dual bachelor degrees in Accounting and Economics. Bob has worked in the Mortgage industry for over 10 years and in that time has funded over $300 million in loans. Bob previously worked as a Regional Sales Manager for a national medical device company, where he managed the entire West Coast sales operation. After his time there, Bob was asked to manage the family business of over 25 years where he successfully grew and subsequently sold the business.
